Product Introduction

CORROSION INHIBITOR OIL SOLUBLE/WATER DISPERSIBLE FILM FORMING CATIONIC AMINE; FOR CONTINUOUS DOWN-HOLE INJECTION

This compound is used for protecting the internal pipes in oil and gas wells against CO2 and H2S, organic acids and water-soluble inorganic compounds and is used for continuous down-hole injections. Similar to other inhibitors, this compound forms a thin protective film on the internal surface of the pipes and protects them against corrosive compounds in water. This compound should be stable under pressure of 4000 psi and temperature of 100°C for minimum of 6 months without gunk formation or any deformations. This compound should also be soluble in organic solutions without any precipitates or emula- tion formation. The quality of this inhibitor is determined using NACE rotating disk
method and other special testing approaches.
